It's cute and a little different. I like that I can park right next to the door. The seating area is rather unique as well. Now, the thing about a tiny SBUX is limited food choices. They do not have an oven, so I was not able to get my spinach wrap. However, other food items are offered. I'm just happy that one exists in the area. It took me a while to find it for the first time, because of the way it sits in the parking lot.

Just passing through on the way back home. The guy who took our order was friendly and chatted us up. The drinks came out quick and were made as expected. I've been in a lot of Starbucks because of my travel. This one is really small on the inside, hardly any seating. But outside there is a huge patio. This location used to be a bank so the old drive up lanes have been converted to patio seating. It's well covered to protect from the elements. Great addition considering how small the inside is.

This is a great Starbucks. Every time I come I am always instantly greeted as soon as I walk in no matter how busy they are. They are quick to get the orders out and are accurate with my usually complicated order. This location is always clean and well kept and organized. They have outdoor seating under cover which is nice in this hot FL environment. There is a lot of construction going on right now next door so it can be a little loud but that's not Starbucks fault. Mall expansion. Parking can be tight at times but usually can still find a place. All in all this is a great location to grab that cup of Joe and know its going to be made the way you ordered it. Oh yeah and for those grubbers... there is always something yummy ready and available or can order something hot to eat. Lots of deserts and much to choose from. Dont like coffee they also have a variety of hot teas and other drinks to wet your whistle.

This is the closest Starbucks near the Altamonte Mall and Crane's Roost Park. Typical Starbuck's with their selections of coffee and goodies. I found this location quite small and cramped. But they do have seating outside where bank drive thru lanes used to be. As usual, in and out.

Like most reviews point out, the place is particularly small with limited seating and the moment there are more than 5 customers waiting in line, it feels rather crowded. While it can be inconvenient from time to time, this fact is somewhat the actual charm of the location. Granted, I come in nearly every morning to get my coffee on the way to work, so I don't have a personal need for "space". I'm focusing on the actual coffee and the quality of customer service that I receive on a daily basis. I have been a regular for nearly a year, and my order is always perfect. Also, every interaction with the employees is pleasant and the service is fast. I'm not sure what more I would like from my "fast-food" coffee experience. I wish I could give this 4.5 stars, because the inconvenience of the size of the location is really not that huge to me and by no means do I feel like the food service or quality is negatively affected.

I love coming here. Claire is by far the best. The staff is great but she gives that extra care that is so rare in customer service businesses. The drinks are spot on. If a mistake is made, they correct it. No questions. The atmosphere is either going to relax you or get your shoulders bumping to a soft beat. It's great!

One of the smallest Starbucks I've been too if not the smallest I counted only (3) stools inside with a giant covered seating area outside. It looks like they stock most of the items your typical Starbucks would stock but that makes it appear really full and somewhat in disarray. My order was done right the first time but it felt strange there was no interaction between the staff and the customers no smiles not even a hello or a thank you. I can do without going back here being there are several other locations in the area. Kind of depressing.

This Starbucks location is a little meh... I don't come to this location very often, but i used to frequent it more before when I would pick spots to soak up their wifi when I worked from home. Since then, they've added more shelving, but makes the place feel more cramped and messy. They have one small table and another small "bar" area. I don't get the same vibe from the baristas either. I liken coffee baristas to be a little edgy/hipster/smart-looking...but the ones here, let's just say they aren't... They also didn't look too happy to be there either. Anyway, coffee is pretty much the same as every other Starbucks, but overall... lackluster when it comes to this location. Really this should be a 2.5

Two days in a row, my drink has had to be remade 3 times and 2 times. Personally, I don't think it is a difficult drink to make. I'm no barista but it is just an iced sugar-free vanilla coffee. Really not the most difficult drink on the planet. Yesterday I was even charged twice the amount on accident by the cashier. So I paid an extra $2+ and didn't even get the right drink until the third try. That being said, I will say that they somewhat redeemed themselves because no matter how many times they had to remake the drink, they were always extremely pleasant about it, unlike most other places. That is one thing I love about Starbucks. They hire extremely customer service oriented baristas and if something is wrong, they have no problem fixing it. Wish more businesses applied this policy.

I like to stop here on my way to cranes roost. I really like the refreshers. The cashiers are always friendly and the drinks are great. The bathrooms are always clean, which I greatly appreciate.

I come to this one often since it's close to my work, but I'm really not a huge fan for a couple reason: The inside is TINY and set-up really inconveniently. If there are a lot of people in their, it can be difficult to maneuver from the cash register to where you pick up your drink, plus the table with condiments is in the middle of all this, so the tiny area is usually blocked by people at this table. There's also not really anywhere to wait for your drink while you're waiting. Also, usually Starbucks baristas are at least a little bit friendly, if not overly so...but not here! My first time coming here there was no wait and just a couple people working. The one at the register was texting and I had to wait a little bit before she finished and set her phone down. At this point..she just looks at me without saying a word. We went through my entire transaction without her saying A WORD..I wouldn't think it was even possible. Luckily my order was right and everything..but really??

Okay people, this is MY Starbucks. I say that because I live so damn close that I'm here at least once a weekend. But, it is just a Starbucks after all. So why the review? If Starbucks isn't reliable, what the heck is? Right? Well, this one sticks out because it used to be a bank, and is now a Starbucks. Which means that the old drive through teller lanes are now outdoor seating. This just cracks me up every time I see it, but it makes for a great time. Super tiny inside, (where did all that banking space go?), but huge outside seating area,.... in the teller lanes. Fun people watching, great location, and of course reliable coffee. :)

I've been back, ran in for a cup of Joe couple timed, and the place is usually always clean these days. I must have just caught them on a bad day the first time I went in. I will say it was the first time I have ever been grossed out by a Starbucks' cleanliness. The place smelled bad too, smelled like an old 7-11, rotting milk. Plus the kids working there would have much rather been out doing something else, that was painfully obvious. Love Starbuck, just not this one. They have gotten much better recently.
